IMA SAKE for Oysters 牡蠣のための日本酒
Features & Details
- Niigata Prefecture
- Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery Co. Ltd.
- Rice (for sake making): Gohyakumangoku
- Alcohol content: 12%
A new brew for oysters has been created. While it's an authentic sake, it's as sweet and sour and juicy as white wine, and it doesn't just go with the taste of oysters. The malic acid contained in this drink is also good for the body, a completely new concept.
What is the IMA?
One of Imayotsukasa's principles is to celebrate the past and the present, and we will continue to create new concepts and designs while preserving our old traditions.
Imayotsukasa Brewary CO., LTD.
Imayotsukasa Brewery was founded in 1767 in Niigata City and since 2006 has been brewing only Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai sake without any added brewing alcohol, a rarity in Japan. It also runs a sake brewery tour and direct sales shop, and was ranked first in Niigata City's tourist ranking by TripAdvisor.
