Special Junmai is the staple of Nanbu Bijin.
The main ingredient is "Ginotome", a specially cultivated rice produced in Ninohe City, Iwate Prefecture. It has a light and gentle fruit aroma and a refined taste of rice with a clear aftertaste. This SAKE is made with the aim of being the ultimate food-focused SAKE that goes well with a wide range of cuisines.
