Special Junmai is the staple of Nanbu Bijin.
The main ingredient is "Ginotome", a specially cultivated rice produced in Ninohe City, Iwate Prefecture. It has a light and gentle fruit aroma and a refined taste of rice with a clear aftertaste. This SAKE is made with the aim of being the ultimate food-focused SAKE that goes well with a wide range of cuisines.

The name of the company and the brand name come from the fact that the company was located in the Nanbu domain (Nanbu region) during the Edo period and from the fact that a lightly tasting sake is likened to a beautiful woman.
