Watanabe sahei shoten (sake brewery)
Junmai-brewed sake is the real essence of local sake.
Since its establishment in 1842, Sahei Watanabe Shoten has been brewing sake in the cold winter air blowing down from the Nikko mountain range, drawing from the pellucid water of the Nikko mountains.
About 90% of the total production volume is "Junmai-brewed sake".
